Rationalization of the Production Process of Construction Gaming Machines in the Company ENBOS Slušovice s.r.o.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na racionalizaci výrobního procesu montážního pracoviště herních automatů. Cílem práce je zvýšení produktivity na montážním pracovišti pomocí metod průmyslového inženýrtsví. V teoretické části práce byla vypracována literární rešerše formulující východiska pro praktickou část. Na úvod praktické části byly uvedeny základní údaje o společnosti a následně byla popsána současná situace na pracovišti. Na základě sběru dat a provedení analýz, byl vypracován projekt pro racionalizaci montážního pracoviště. Pomocí projektu se následně navrhla řešení, pro splnění vytyčených cílů. Závěr práce obsahuje zhodnocení navržených řešení.

Abstract:

The master thesis is focused on rationalization of the production process of construction gaming machines. The aim of the thesis is increase productivity on construction workplaces with the use of industrial engineering methods. In the theoretical part of thesis literaly research was perfomed, defining for the practical part. In the beginning of the practical part, basic information and the current situation of the company were introduced. Based on data collection and analysis, project was developer for the rationalization construction workplace. With the help of the project, a solution was proposed for meeting the project objectives. The conclusion of the thesis contains an evaluation of the proposed solutions.
