Teachers as the Victims of Bullying

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou šikany vůči učitelům ze strany žáků na druhých stupních základních škol v okrese Břeclav. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se skládá ze tří hlavních kapitol. Nejprve je v teoretické části práce definována šikana, její formy, vývojová stádia a aktéři šikany. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na vztah mezi žákem a učitelem, který je důležitým aspektem jejich vzájemného chování. Poslední kapitola se věnuje samotné šikaně učitelů. V praktické části je hlavním cílem zjistit názory učitelů druhých stupňů základních škol na šikanu vůči učitelům v případě, kdy agresory jsou žáci, a to formou dotazníkového šetření.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with issue of bullying, specifically bullying of teachers by theirs pupils from upper primary school grades in district of Břeclav. Theoretical part of the thesis contains three main chapters. Firstly there is a definition of concept of bullying, its form, stages as well as actors. Second chapter focuses on relationship between the pupil and the teacher which is significant aspect of their mutual behaviour. The last chapter describes the bullying of teachers itself. Empirical part of this thesis aims to explore upper primary school teachers' opinions of the issue of bullying in case pupils are the aggressors by using a questionnaire as a method of survey.
