Social perception in the relationship of teacher and student

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá sociální percepcí, především mezi učiteli a žáky. Teoretická část se věnuje sociálním souvislostem života. Vysvětluje, jaké faktory na člověka působí a ovlivňují ho. Dále se zabývá sociálním poznáváním, především meziosobní percepcí, vnímáním a chybami, kterých se při utváření prvního dojmu můžeme dopustit. Následně jsou rozebírány atribuční teorie a různé druhy schémat. Práce popisuje, podle jakých činitelů učitel hodnotí žáka jako úspěšného. V rámci praktické části je rozebráno dotazníkové šetření, které zkoumá hodnocení předmětů jednotlivými žáky a jejich učiteli. Předměty jsou hodnoceny dle stanovených kritérií. Ze zjištěných výsledků je odvozen jejich vzájemný vztah.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with a social perception between teachers and their students. The theoretical part describes the social environment of life and explains the factors that influence people. The first part then deals with social cognition, interpersonal perception and possible mistakes, that we can make during the process. After that, the attribution theories and various kinds of schemes are analyzed. Factors, that are crucial in the teacher's judgement of the student, are described in the last chapter of the theoretical part. The thesis continues with a practical part. The questionnaire is created, used and its results are analyzed. It is aimed at the rating of the school subject from both sides,the teacher and student, according to given criteria. The conclusion is the mutual relation of the criteria.
