Utilization of production zone maps for planning variable fertilizer and plant protection applications

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá základním teoretickým popisem všech jednotlivých složek, které jsou součástí precizního zemědělství. Tyto informace byly čerpány z prostředí odborníků a odborné tuzemské i zahraniční literatury. Práce je zaměřena na variabilní aplikace hnojiv a prostředků na ochranu rostlin. Tyto moderní technologie mohou poskytovat značné ekonomické a ekologické přínosy. Z výsledků jednoznačně vyplývá, že variabilní způsob obhospodařování přináší úspory 2 až 16 %. Tyto poznatky byly teoreticky aplikovány na prostředí farmy o rozloze 2700 ha v oblasti jižní Moravy.

Abstract:

This thesis provides a fundamental theoretical description of all individual components involved in precision agriculture. The information was sourced from experts and scholarly literature, both domestic and international. The focus is on variable applications of fertilizers and plant protection agents. These modern technologies can offer substantial economic and ecological benefits. The results clearly show that variable management methods can lead to savings of 2 – 16 %. These findings were theoretically applied to a farm covering an area of 2700 hectares in the South Moravia region.
