Kryptoměny a cenové bubliny

Abstract:

Ve třech kapitolách práce analyzuje vznik bublin na finančním trhu a kryptoměny jako digitální finanční aktiva. V první části práce pojednává o teoretických východiscích cenových bublin, historickém pohledu a faktorech, které tvorbu bublin ovlivňují. V této části práce definuje životní cyklus cenových bublin a důvody jejich existence na příkladu trhů kryptoměn. Druhá část práce navazuje na rozpracování kryptoměn jako digitálních finančních aktiv, zkoumá jejich vznik, technologické pozadí, faktory ovlivňující jejich cenový vývoj a regulatorní požadavky dohledových orgánů. Třetí, aplikační část práce, poskytuje explorativní analýzu dat cenových a statistických ukazatelů na základě finančních dat z platforem Yahoo Finance a CoinMarketCap pro kryptoměny Bitcoin, Cardano, Litecoin, Ethereum. Aplikační část dále poskytuje vhled do vzniku bublin na trzích kryptoměn na základě metodiky popsané v textu, které se snaží identifikovat na základě historických dat, čímž vytváří prostor pro širokou škálu klasifikačních či predikčních úloh.

Abstract:

In three chapters, this diploma thesis analyses the emergence of financial market bubbles and cryptocurrencies as digital financial assets. The first part of this thesis discusses the theoretical background of price bubbles, the historical perspective and the factors that influence the creation of such bubbles. In this part of the thesis, it defines the life cycle of price bubbles and the reasons for their existence using cryptocurrency markets as an example. The second part of the thesis continues the elaboration of cryptocurrencies as digital financial assets, examining their origin, technological background, factors influencing their price development and regulatory requirements of supervisory authorities. The third, practical part of the thesis provides an exploratory analysis of price and statistical indicator data based on financial data from Yahoo Finance and CoinMarketCap platforms for the cryptocurrencies Bitcoin, Cardano, Litecoin, Ethereum. The practical part also provides insight into the emergence of bubbles in cryptocurrency markets based on the methodology described in this text, which it seeks to identify based on historical data, thus creating basis for a wide range of classification or prediction research.

V troch kapitolách práca analyzuje vznik bublín na finančnom trhu a kryptomeny ako digitálne finančné aktíva. V prvej časti práca pojednáva o teoretických východiskách cenových bublín, historickom pohľade a faktoroch, ktoré tvorbu bublín ovplyvňujú. V tejto časti práca definuje životný cyklus cenových bublín a dôvody ich existencie na príklade trhu kryptomien. Druhá časť práce nadväzuje na rozprovanie kryptomien ako digitálnych finančných aktív, skúma ich vznik, technologické pozadie, faktory ovplyvňujúce ich cenový vývoj a regulátorné požiadavky dohľadových inštitúcií. Tretia, aplikačná časť práce, poskytuje exploratívnu analýzu dát cenových a štatistických ukazovateľov na základe finančných dát z platforiem Yahoo Finance a CoinMarketCap pre kryptomeny Bitcoin, Cardano, Litecoin, Ethereum. Aplikačná časť ďalej poskytuje pohľad na vznik cenových bublín na trhu kryptomien na základe metodiky popísanej v texte, ktoré sa snaží identifikovať na základe historických dát, čo vytvára priestor pre širokú škálu klasifikačných, či predikčných úloh.
