Abstract:
Práce se zabývá úlohou gastronomických zařízení při podpoře cestovním ruchu. Analyzo-vána je turistická destinace Svatého Kopečku u Olomouce. V první části práce jsou nastí-něna teoretická východiska k řešení daného problému, druhá část práce sleduje stav nabíd-ky regionální kuchyně zkoumaných provozoven popř. jiné činnosti, které cestovní ruch podporují. This work is about the role of catering facilities in promoting of tourism. The touristic destination of Svaty Kopecek u Olomouce is being analysed.
