Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou nácviku lezení na umělé stěně pro starší školní věk a její aplikaci v praxi. V teoretické části práce se zabýváme historií, která ovlivňovala vznik a vývoj lezení, materiálním vybavením lezců a nezbytnou didaktikou tréninku. V hlavní části pak základním dovednostem, technikám nácviku lezení, tréninkovému programu pro využití ve školách, či horolezeckých oddílech.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the practice of climbing on an artificial wall for older school age and its application in practice. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the history that influenced the formation and evolution of climbing, climbers material equipment and necessary training methodology.
