Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou přístupu handicapovaných uživatelů k elektronickým dokumetům, zejména k internetovým stránkám. Vzhledem k novele zákona č. 365/2000 Sb., o informačních systémevch státní spávy, je zaměřena zejména na oblast veřejné správy.
Abstract:
This master thesis deals with difficulties which handicaped users has with accesing to the electronic dokuments, mainly internet pages. In respect to amendment of act no. 365/2000, about information systems of public administration, thesis is objected to public administration.
