Abstract:
Tymy a tymova prace se stavaji stale vice samozrejmou soucasti podnikovych struktur a take efektivnim nastrojem v ramci pracovnich projektu. V teto praci se zamerime na tymove role a jejich vykonovou motivaci s prihlednutim k osobnostnim dimenzim. Na zaver provedeme srovnani profilu jednotlivych roli.
Abstract:
Teams and team work is more and more form a part of organizational structures of company and effective tool for many projects. In this diploma work well focus in teams role and their motivation performance with take account of personal dimensions. In conclusin well compare the profile of individual teams role.
