Diplomová práca sa zaoberá charakteristikou a možnosťami financovania malých a stredných podnikov (MSP) alternatívnymi zdrojmi - rizikovým kapitálom. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na definovanie cieľa podnikateľskej činnosti, na vymedzenie podstaty malých a stredných podnikov a spôsoby ich financovania v teoretickej rovine.
