Abstract:

Tato práce porovnává dva možné dokumentární přístupy dvou českých dokumentaristek. Časosběrnou metodu Heleny Třeštíkové a klasicky strukturovaný dokument Olgy Sommerové. Práce se zaměřuje na jedno z výrazných témat jejich tvorby, na zobrazení ženy a jejího postavení ve společnosti - obraz ženy. Poukazuje na možnosti a limity obou těchto přístupů a zároveň zohledňuje roli tvůrce, tedy subjektu manipulujícího s autentickou skutečností

Abstract:

This thesis is describing and comparing a two possible documentary approaches in pieces of the main czech documentarists, Olga Sommerova and Helena Trestikova - the time lapse sequences of Helena Trestikova and the classically structured documentary of Olga Sommerova. The thesis is intented on one of the main subject in their work - representation of women and their status in a society. It's pointing out possibilities and limits both of these approaches and is considering the creator's role, too, as a subject manipulating a genuine reality
