V této diplomové práci je studován mechanismus vytváření obrazu a zvolené aplikace NSOM. Zvládnuta byla výroba sond leptací metodou a byly vyrobeny aperturní sondy a nepokovená sonda. Prostorové rozložení vyzařování sondy, jehož znalost umožňuje lepší analýzu NSOM měření, bylo zkoumáno vyvinutým dvouosým goniometrem. Abstract:
This diploma thesis is focused on the study of the image formation in NSOM and certain applications of NSOM. Process of probe fabrication was successfully handled, aperture and uncoated probes were fabricated. Spatial distribution of probe radiation was studied by self-made double axe goniometer.
