V diplomové práci se věnuji prostudování podmínek vzniku guaninového kvadruplexu (G-kvadruplex) v promotoru genu oct-4, v prostředí monovalentních iontů K + a Li + , dále se věnuji vlivu vybraných ligandových molekul (NMM, PDS, Berberin, BRACO, Aloe-emodin)na stabilizaci této sekundární struktury. Abstract:
In this diploma thesis, I investigate conditions for inducing of a guanine quadruplex (G-quadruplex) in gene promoter oct-4, in presence of monovalent K + and Li + ions. Furthermore, I focused on the impact of selected ligand molecules (NMM, PDS, Berberin, BRACO, Aloe-emodin) on stabilization of this secondary structure.
