Cílem mojí bakalářské práce je zmapovat a analyzovat důvody a předpoklady právní regulace tisku a formulovat další perspektivy do budoucna. Mým záměrem bude poukázat na platné právní úpravy regulující svobodu projevu, rozebrat další mimoprávní normativní systémy a autoregulační mechanismy samotných médií, mezi které patří různá vnitřní nařízení či etické kodexy. The aim of my bachelor work is to map and analyse reasons and premises of press legal regulation, and formulate future perspectives. My intention is to point out valid legislation regulating freedom of speech, parsing other non-legal normative systems and mechanisms of media self-regulation, including various internal regulations or ethical codes.
