Abstract:
Parvovirus prasat je původcem syndromu poruchy plodnosti prasnic s typickými projevy zmetání, resorpce embryí a rození mrtvých, mumifikovaných či degenerovaných plodů. Při imunizaci nebo infekci terénním virem si organismus vytváří protilátky proti stukturálním proteinům kapsidy, které lze detekovat v séru i po několika měsících po proběhnutí virémie. Abstract:
Porcine parvovirus is a major causative agens of maternal reproductive failure syndrome in swine characterized stillbirths, mummified fetuses, early embryonic death and infertility. Host organism forms antibodies against structural capsid proteins during active immunization or infection. These antibodies persist in the organism for several months after viremia.
