Establishment of a physiotherapy clinic in the Česká lípa district

Abstract:

Úvod: Zřízení nestátního zdravotnického zařízení v podobě fyzioterapeutické ordinace se může na první pohled zdát jako složitý byrokratický proces, čemuž se však dá vyvarovat důkladným seznámením s aktuálními právními předpisy. Cíl práce: Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je popsat návrh vybudování nového NZZ v podobě fyzioterapeutické ordinace. Dílčími cíli je prozkoumání trhu pomocí dotazníkového šetření, sestavení podnikatelského plánu poskytování fyzioterapeutických služeb a popsání postupu při zřizování fyzioterapeutické ordinace. Metodika: V závěrečné práci je metodická část zpracována do dvou částí. První část obsahuje dotazníkové šetření složené ze 13 uzavřených otázek zaměřených na využívání a poptávku po službách fyzioterapie v okresu Česká Lípa, do kterého se zapojilo 100 obyvatel tohoto okresu. Druhá část následně popisuje návrh projektu fyzioterapeutické ordinace, která při psaní této práce právě vzniká. Návrh se věnuje zejména podnikatelskému plánu, který je sestaven na základě analýzy prostředí, finanční analýzy, marketingového plánu, porterova modelu pěti konkurenčních sil, SWOT analýzy, rizikové analýzy a analýzy bodu zvratu. Současně však projekt popisuje i proces samotného vzniku fyzioterapeutické ordinace. Výsledky: Dotazníkové šetření prokázalo u průzkumného soboru 81 % zájem o vytvoření nové fyzioterapeutické ordinace a zpřesnilo představu o poptávce této populace v oblasti fyzioterapeutických služeb. Samotný návrh fyzioterapeutické ordinace pak definuje podnikatelský plán a postup při zřízení nového zdravotnického zařízení, který je podkladem při budování skutečné fyzioterapeutické ordinace. Závěry: Projekt fyzioterapeutické ordinace v Novém Boru poslouží jako ucelený příklad objasňující postupné kroky potřebné pro zřízení NZZ podobného typu.

Abstract:

Introduction: Establishing a non-governmental healthcare facility in the form of a physiotherapy practice may seem like a complex bureaucratic process at first glance, but this can be avoided by thoroughly familiarizing oneself with current legal regulations. The objective: The main aim of this thesis is to describe the proposal for establishing a new non-governmental healthcare facility in the form of a physiotherapy practice. The partial goals include exploring the market through a questionnaire survey, drafting a business plan for providing physiotherapy services, and describing the procedure for establishing a physiotherapy practice. Methodology: In the final thesis, the methodological part is divided into two sections. The first section consists of a questionnaire survey consisting of 13 closed-ended questions focused on the utilization and demand for physiotherapy services in the district of Ceska Lipa, with the participation of 100 residents of this district. The second part then describes a proposal for a physiotherapy clinic project, which is currently being created as this thesis is being written. The proposal focuses primarily on a business plan, which is compiled based on environmental analysis, financial analysis, marketing plan, Porter's five forces model, SWOT analysis, risk analysis, and break-even analysis. However, the project also describes the process of establishing the physiotherapy clinic itself. Results: The questionnaire survey revealed an 81% interest in establishing a new physiotherapy clinic among the sample population and provided a clearer picture of the demand for physiotherapy services in the area. The proposal for the physiotherapy clinic itself outlines the business plan and the process for setting up the new healthcare facility, which serves as the foundation for the actual establishment of the physiotherapy clinic. Conclusions: The physiotherapy clinic project in Nový Bor will serve as a comprehensive example illustrating the gradual steps necessary to establish a healthcare facility of a similar type.
