The formation of the contract and the precontractual liability from the point of view of the international private law
Abstract:
Cílem práce je definovat jednotlivé fáze negociace mezinárodních obchodních smluv. Dále popsat uplatnění a vývoj institutu předsmluvní odpovědnosti. Nakonec se zabývám otázkou využití právní úpravy obchodníky.
Abstract:
The thesis is describing particular phases of contract negotiation, which is important for the precontractual liability. The choice of law by international businessmen is treated at the end.
