Tato bakalářská práce popisuje běh na lyžích jako sportovní disciplínu z pohledu biomechaniky a fyziologie. Pozornost je zaměřena na kategorii dětských běžeckých lyžařů a běžkyň. Pro naplnění cílů je zde použito čerpání informací k dané problematice z použité literatůry a mých nabytých znalostí z vysokoškolského studia. This bachelor’s thesis describes cross-country skiing as a discipline from a biomechanics and physiology’s points of view. The focus is on the category of children cross-country skiers.
