Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vzdálenou podporou uživatelů. V první části představuje možnosti realizace vzdálené správy, jednotlivé zástupce vzdálené správy a jejich možnosti. Jednotlivá řešení jsou porovnána a jsou popsány klady a zápory jednotlivých řešení. Ve druhé části práce je představena optimalizace vzdálené podpory uživatele v lokální síti.
