Diplomová práce se zabývala vlivem odkalení révových moštů na kvalitu vín. V teoretické části byly popsány různé metody odkalení moštů a použití bentonitu. Dále byly vysvětleny pojmy jako čiření nebo intenzita odkalení moštů. V experimentální části byl proveden pokus na dvou odrůdách révy vinné. U každé odrůdy bylo vytvořeno sedm různých metod odkalení. The diploma thesis dealt with the influence of deselination on the quality of wine. In the theoretical part were used various methods of deselination and bentonite use were described.
