Maximizing the value of the enterprise
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřená na problematiku hodnoty podniku a jeho oceňování. Cílem diplomové práce je sestavit plán generátorů hodnoty daného podniku a specifikovat jeho růstové možnosti za současných tržních podmínek. Dílčím cílem práce je zpracování strategické analýzy, finanční analýzy a provedení ocenění vybraného podniku.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the issue of the value of the business and its valuation. The thesis aims to develop a plan of value drivers of the company and specify its growth opportunities in the current market conditions. The operational objective is the strategic analysis, financial analysis and valuation of selected company.
