The use of Interactive Whiteboard in Foreign Language Classes and the Teacher

Abstract:

Bachelor theses “The use of Interactive Whiteboard in Foreign Language Classes and the Teacher” deals with problematic of using interactive whiteboards in primary schools. The thesis has two parts: A theoretical and a practical. The theoretical part is introduced by an analysis of use of educational technologies that had influenced the whiteboard. The following chapters deal with the whiteboard as such. There is a summary and analysis of current knowledge about it. There are also suggestions for methodology and didactic on the interactive whiteboard. The practical part is based on evaluation of a research done by the author.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce “Das interaktive Whiteboard im Fremdsprachenunterricht aus der Sicht der Lehrer und Lehrerinnen“ se zabývá problematikou využívání interaktivní tabule ve výuce cizích jazyků na základní škole. Práce je členěna do dvou celků – praktické a teoretické části. V teoretické části je v úvodu shrnut vývoj užívání vzdělávacích elektronických médií (PC, internet), které mají význam pro vznik interaktivních tabulí. Následující kapitoly se věnují interaktivní tabuli. Zde jsou shrnuty poznatky o interaktivní tabuli, zanalyzován hardware a jeho možné části, dále pak jsou rozebrány jednotlivé funkce tabule. Jsou zde také uvedeny výhody a nevýhody použití interaktivní tabule ve výuce cizích jazyků. Závěrem teoretické části jsou metodicko-didaktické poznatky o využití interaktivní tabule ve výuce cizího jazyka. Praktická část se zabývá rozborem výsledků dotazníků, ve kterých učitelé cizích jazyků několika základních škol v Brně odpovídali na otázky týkající se jejich zkušeností s interaktivní tabulí a názorů na ni.
