Abstract:
Má diplomová práce je zaměřena na seznámení se s problematikou knihovních služeb v Regionální knihovně Karviná. Zaměřuje se především na silné a slabé stránky a navržení změn knihovních služeb tak, aby byla spokojenost konkrétních uživatelů co nejvyšší. Cílem je tedy analyzovat a vyhodnotit úroveň knihovnických a informačních služeb poskytovaných Regionální knihovnou Karviná.Abstract:
My Master's thesis is aimed at familiarization with the matter of services provided by the Regional Library of Karviná. It mainly focuses on their strengths, weaknesses and recommended changes to said services with the purpose of maximising customer satisfactionofspecificvisitors.
