Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku programů zacházení s odsouzenými ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Hlavním cílem práce je zmapování přiměřenosti a užitečnosti metod práce se specifickými skupinami odsouzených. Stěžejní je postihnutí metod a principů práce s odsouzenými v oblasti výchovy a vzdělávání a pohled odsouzených k naplňování výchovné funkce výkonu trestu odnětí svobody

This diploma work is intent on problems the programmes of handling the prisoners in execution of punishment imprisonment. The main aim of my work is analysis of adequate and useful methods of work with parts of prisoners.
