Bachelor's thesis deals with the termination of the commercial obligations. Author summarizes all the legal grounds for termination of general business liabilities, as provided in the basic codes - Civil and Commercial Code. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou zániku obchodných záväzkových vzťahov. Autor sumarizuje všetky všeobecné právne dôvody zániku obchodných záväzkov tak, ako sú upravené v základných kódexoch – Občianskom a Obchodnom zákonníku.
