Abstract:
In computational biology, modeling biochemical systems is used to understand complex interactions and predict behaviors. The Biochemical Space Language (BCSL) provides a concise and intuitive rule-based approach to modeling. eBCSgen, a tool for developing and analyzing BCSL, faces challenges in its input manipulation module, particularly in parsing and accurately transforming input data.
