Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá procesom zrušenia a likvidácie družstva. Charakterizované sú pojmy ako družstvo, likvidácia, výmaz družstva, zlúčenie družstva, splynutie družstva, rozdelenie družstva. Ďalej sa práca zaoberá popisom praktických krokov pri zrušení a likvidácii družstva, ako aj jeho účtovných a daňových aspektov.
