Diplomová práce se zabývá nejprve historickým vývojem autorského práva na území dnešní České republiky a dnešního Rakouska, stručně shrnuje vývoj autorského práva na úrovní mezinárodní a na úrovni práva Evropských společenství. First of all, this text is focused on the historical progress of copyright law in the Czech Republic and Austria. It sumarizes the development of copyright in international law and in the law of the European Communities. Then it follows the constiutional base of this phenomenon and discusses both copyright acts.
