Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma náborových aktivit fotbalových rozhodčích a na práci s mladými rozhodčími na Hodonínsku. Zpracována byla na základě dat z FAČR. The bachelor thesis elaborates the theme of recruitment activities of football referees and the work with young referees in Hodonin region. It was drawn up on the basis of data obtained from the Football Association of Czech Republic.
