Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem Adaptační proces porodních asistentek má za cíl zjistit, jak hodnotí adaptační proces porodní asistentky, jaké s ním mají zkušenosti. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část průzkumnou. V teoretické části práce je popsán adaptační proces, fáze a nástroje řízení adaptačního procesu, dokumentace a ukončení adaptačního procesu. Popsáno je i mentorství nových zaměstnanců a vzdělání mentorů. V neposlední řadě je popsáno vzdělání role a kompetence porodních asistentek. Praktická část byla uskutečněna metodou kvalitativního šetření formou rozhovorů s porodními asistentkami.

Abstract:

The master thesis entitled Adaptation process of Midwives aims to find out how midwives value The adaptation process, what experience they have with it. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and an exploratory part. The theoretical part of The thesis describes The adaptation process, phases and tools of The adaptation process managememt, documentation, and and completion of the adaptation process. Mentorship of new employees and education of mentors are also described. Finally, The education, role, and competencies of midwives are described. The exploratory part was carrier out by the method of qualitative investigation in the form of interviews with midwives.
