Thioglykoluril je heterobicyklická sloučenina, jejíž systematický název je 2,4,6,8-tetraazabicyklo[3.3.0]oktan-3,7-dithion. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá syntézou derivátů thioglykolurilu. Byly připraveny N,N´-dimethylmonothioglykolurily a dithioglykolurily lišící se substitucí na methinových atomech uhlíku. Abstract:
Thioglycoluril is heterobicyclic compound with systematic name 2,4,6,8-tetraazabicyclo[3.3.0]oktan-3,7-dithione. This bachelor thesis deals with the synthesis of thioglycoluril derivatives. N,N´-dimethylmonothioglycolurils and dithioglycolurils differing with substitution on methine carbon atoms were prepared.
