Abstract:

Téma této bakalářské práce je,, Analýza povědomí a informovanost o endometrióze". Cílem práce je na základě srovnávací analýzy a dílčího dotazníkového šetření, zjistit aktuální situaci o informovanosti a povědomí o onemocnění endometrióza v České republice. Teoretická část definuje marketingové komunikace, marketing ve zdravotnictví, marketing služeb, sociální sítě Facebook a Instagram a jejich využití jako nástroje marketingové komunikace. Praktická část pak popisuje a srovnávací analýzu a dotazníkové šetření, dále definuje výzkumné otázky. Závěrem jsou uvedena doporučení a návrhy.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis is "The analysis of awareness and general knowledge about endometriosis". The aim of the work is to find out the current situation of information level and awareness about the endometriosis disease in the Czech Republic, based on a comparative analysis and a partial questionnaire survey. The theoretical part defines marketing communications, healthcare marketing, service marketing, social networks, Facebook and Instagram, and their use as the tools for marketing communication. The practical part then describes a comparative analysis and a questionnaire survey, further defining the research questions. Finally, recommendations and suggestions are given.
