Tato práce se věnuje především gentrifikačním procesům probíhajícím na území města Brna. Cílem práce je zhodnotit a analyzovat existenci gentrifikačních procesů v Brně. This thesis deals mainly with gentrification processes occuring in Brno district. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate and analyze the existence of gentrification processes in Brno.
