Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat hodnotové řízení ve společnosti Strabag Rail a. s. a identifikovat slabé a silné stránky tohoto řízení. Ocenění je vedeno dle vybraných oceňovacích metod. Využito je různých forem analýz. Konkrétně byly zvoleny strategická a finanční analýza. Z hodnot ocenění je zvolena jedna metoda majetková a jedna metoda výnosová. Z majetkových metod se jedná o účetní hodnotu firmy a z výnosových metod jde o metodu kapitalizace čistých zisků. V závěrečné kapitole a v samotném závěru práce je hodnotové řízení vybrané firmy podrobeno kritickému zhodnocení a jsou nalezeny a představeny hlavní generátory hodnoty firmy.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to analyse value-based management as performed in Strabag Rail a. s. (JSC) and identify the strengths and weaknesses of this management. The business valuation has been conducted according to the selected valuation methods. Various forms of analysis have been applied. Particularly, strategic and financial analyses have been chosen. To estimate the value of the company, one asset valuation method and one discounted cash flow (DCF) method have been chosen. Of the asset valuation methods is the book value of the company and, of the discounted cash flow methods is the capitalization of net earnings method. Both the final chapter and the conclusion of the work itself provide the value-based management of the firm in question subject to a critical assessment, and the key value drivers of the firm have been found and presented therein.
