Biomechanika loketního kloubu a bederní páteře při provedení kliků ve stoji na rukou

Elbow joint and lower back biomechanics during push ups in handstand position
Abstract:
Kliky ve stoji představují velmi rozšířené cvičení pro rozvoj síly svalů horních končetin u specifické skupiny sportovců provozujících silovou akrobacii. Cílem práce bylo porovnat kinematiku při dvou různých postavení rukou na podložce. Výzkumný soubor tvořil 1 student ve věku 19 let, výšky 170 cm a hmotností 72 kg. Ve sledovaných zatíženích nebyl nalezen žádný věcně významný rozdíl.
Abstract:
Handstand pushups presents common exercise for developing of muscular strenght of upper limbs for workout atheletes. Aim of this study was to compare kinematics and kinetics of upper limb with two hand positions during handstand pushups. Participant was one student age 19 years, height 170 cm a mass 72 kg.
