Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku zvlášť zranitelných obětí - dětí. Jsou zde definovány základní pojmy, trestné činy, které jsou na dětských obětech nejčastěji páchány, práva dětských obětí a organizace, které pomáhají dětským obětem. V práci je také zahrnuta oblast viktimologické prevence. Cílem této práce je zjistit, které děti jsou nejvíce viktimní.
Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of particularly vulnerable victims - children. Basic terms, crimes that are most often committed against child victims, the rights of child victims and organizations that help child victims are defined here. The work also includes the area of ​​victimological prevention. The aim of this work is to find out which children are the most victims.
