The cost of civil proceeding
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou nákladů civilního řízení. Věnuje se jednotlivým druhům nákladů soudního řízení s jejich popisem a oporou v zákonech, přes jejich placení a náhradu, až po rozhodování o nákladech řízení soudem. Začleněn je do práce i krátký historický vývoj nákladů řízení. Zvlášť je vyjmuta kapitola o exekučním řízení, z důvodu širšího pojetí a začlenění novel.
Abstract:
The work deals with the costs of civil proceedings. It deals with particular kinds of legal costs with their description and support in the law, through the payment and refund of court cost to the decision of the court costs.
