Anotácia:

Diplomová práce „Etika v bankovnictví“ pojednává o problematice podnikatelské etiky, do jejíchž oblastí spadají i etické kodexy či práce finančního arbitra. Teoretická část práce se zabývá samotnými etickými kodexy, jejich významem a strukturou, dále vymezení základních pojmů, jako je etika, morálka a jejich spojitost s právem nebo role České bankovní asociace v etice. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na konkrétní etické kodexy bankovních asociací. Metodou komparativní analýzy dokumentů je posuzována diferenciace etických standardů uváděných na webových stránkách vybraných institucí.

Abstract:

The master thesis „Ethics in Banking“ discusses the issue of business ethics, including the ethical codes that enshrine them and the work of the Financial Arbiter. The theoretical part of the work deals with the ethical codes themselves, their importance and structure, as well as the definition of basic concepts such as ethics, morality and their connection with the law or the role of the Czech Banking Association in ethics. The practical part focuses on the specific codes of banking associations. The method of comparative analysis of documents is assessed by the differentiation of ethical standards presented on the websites of selected institutions.
