Bakalářská práce popisuje určení předpokládaných hodnot veřejných zakázek a jejich právní a ekonomické souvislosti. V práci jsou popsány metody stanovení jednotlivých druhů veřejných zakázek a finanční limity, které jsou rozhodující pro postup zadavatele v zadávacím řízení dle zákona o veřejných zakázkách.
