Training diagnostics of OBSTACLE COURSE RACER racer

Abstract:

Cílem práce byla diagnostika funkčních parametrů OCR závodníka po absolvování tréninkového cyklu. Pro diagnostiku bylo použito vstupní a výstupní měření v oblasti překážkového měření a zátěžové prohlídky. Celý tréninkový cyklus trval pět měsíců. Na začátku proběhlo vstupní měření a na konci proběhlo výstupní měření. Vše absolvoval pouze jeden jedinec ve věku 26 let (já). Výsledné hodnoty a vyhodnocení funkčních parametrů ukázaly zřetelný rozdíl mezi vstupním a výstupním měřením. V oblasti překážkového měření došlo k výraznému zlepšení měřených hodnot a ve sféře výkonnosti jedince naopak ke znatelnému zhoršení. Lze soudit, že sféru výkonnosti jedince ovlivnilo zranění v bederní oblasti.

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis is diagnostics of functional parameters of OCR competitor after completing training cycle. Input and output measurements in part of obstacle measurement and stress inspection were used for diagnostics The whole training cycle lasted for five months. At the beginning there was an input measurement and in the end there was output measurement. One proband completed everything at the age of twenty - six. The resulting values and the evaluation of the functional parameters showed a clear difference between the input and output measurements. In the part of obstacle measurement there was a significant improvement in measured values. In the part of performance conversely there was degradation. It can be judged that the sphere of individual performance was affected by injury in lumbar spine.
