Abstract:

Práce je věnována diagnostice mostní ocelové konstrukce za pomoci ultrazvukové nedestruktivní metody. Konkrétně se jedná o měření tloušťky vrstvy nátěru a tloušťky základního materiálu pomocí ultrazvukových přístrojů. V první části se práce zabývá stručným popisem metod nedestruktivního zkoušení. Druhá část popisuje teorii ultrazvuku a blíže specifikuje ultrazvukovou nedestruktivní metodu. V poslední části práce jsou popsány použité ultrazvukové přístroje (CM-8821 a MT280) při diagnostice a jsou zde shrnuty výsledky měření.

Abstract:

The work is dedicated to the diagnosis of bridge steel construction with the help of ultrasonic nondestructive methods. Specifically, the measurement of the thickness of paint layers and plate thickness using ultrasonic instruments. The first part deals with a brief description of NDT methods. The second part describes the theory of ultrasound and further specifies ultrasonic nondestructive method. The last part describes the used ultrasonic devices (CM-8821 and MT280) for diagnosis and are summarized measurement results.
