Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá manažerskými kompetencemi studentů oboru Sociální pedagogiky a důležitostí těchto kompetencí pro sociální pedagogy. Teoretická část definuje pojem sociální pedagog, jeho kompetence, zejména manažerské. V praktické části jsou formou dotazníkového šetření zjišťovány samotné kompetence studentů tohoto oboru.
