Předkládaná bakalářská práce „Celiakie a výživa“ vysvětluje podstatu onemocnění 
a formy celiakie. Důležitou částí práce bylo pojednání o diagnostice onemocnění, genetice a léčbě, která byla zaměřena zejména na bezlepkovou dietu. The presented bachelor thesis "Celiac disease and nutrition" explains the nature of the disease and forms of celiac disease. An important part of the work was a discussion of disease diagnosis, genetics and treatment, which was focused mainly on the
