Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce "Služební automobil i pro soukromé účely zaměstnance" je na základě aktuálních daňových, účetních a právních předpisů vyjmenovat a popsat všechny práva a povinnosti pro účetní jednotku z tohoto zaměstnaneckého benefitu plynoucí. Zároveň tato práce upozorňuje na rizika a postihy vyplývající z opomenutí či nedodržení těchto povinností.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis " Company Car for an Employee´s Private Use " is name and describe all the rights and obligations of an accounting unit on the basis of current tax, accounting and legal regulations, arising from the employes benefit. Moreover, this work alerts the risks and penalties resulting from omission or failure to comply with these obligations.
