This thesis focuses on video-demonstrations health enhancing fitness, which vill be available on the website http://osobni-trener.webz.cz. The work includes theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with the principles of strengthening and strentching, training methods for beginners and regeneration after exercise.
