Deposit and Investment Management
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na pojem vklad a jeho správu. S využitím aktuální platné právní úpravy komplexně popisuji vklad ve všech jeho podobách – vklad peněžitý, vklad nepeněžitý, vklad jako předmět vkladu, vklad jako vkladovou povinnost, vklad jako součást základního kapitálu. Dále řeším institut vkladu u jednotlivých druhů obchodních společností, jakož i jeho správu prostřednictvím správce vkladu.
Abstract:
My objective is to describe and evaluate legal regulations of the deposit contributions. Deposit cash, non-cash deposit, deposit as an object of deposits, as deposit obligation deposit as part of the capital. Furthermore, I deal institute contribution of different types of companies, as well as its management by the manager of the deposit.
