Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce představuje českou marginální neparlamentní politickou stranu Právo a Spravedlnost. Popisuje její historii, vývoj, organizační strukturu, programatiku, personální obsazení, spolupráci s ostatními stranami, volební účast a volební výsledky. Dále uvádí definice pojmu krajní pravice a souvisejících termínů extremismus, radikalismus, antisystémová strana, ultrapravicová strana, populismus a euroskepticismus. V závěru práce na základě zmíněných definovaných pojmů se snaží Právo a Spravedlnost typologicky zařadit do vyhovující definiční kategorie. V práci se rozlišují celkem tři odlišné fáze. V první fázi po vzniku strana sloužila jako volební platforma pro již existující strany, v druhé fázi došlo k emancipaci Práva a Spravedlnosti jako samostatného subjektu a ve třetí fázi se strana spojila se stranou Svobodných občanů.

Abstract:

This bachelor’s thesis presents a czech marginal non-parliament political party called Law and Justice. It describes its history, evolution, organizational structure, agenda, personal constitution, cooperation with other political parties and election participating and election’s results. It also provides definitions of terms far right and related terms like extremism, radicalism, antisystem party, far right party, populism and euroscepticism. At the end of this thesis it tries to place party Law and Justice into the correct definitional category based on presented terms in first section of this thesis. There are three different stages of party’s working. In the first stage after party’s establishment the party served as electional basis for other parties, in the second stage the party has changed into a independent political subject and in the third stage the party has been incorporporated into Party of free citizens.
