Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá prostředím IT podpory horské služby v České republice. Cílem práce je identifikovat současný stav podpory klíčových aktivit pracovníků Horské služby ČR, o.p.s. ve Stanici Pec pod Sněžkou portfoliem aplikací informačních technologií.
