Implementation of Just-in-Time methods in a selected company using AROP

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na implementaci metody Just-in-Time do výrobní společnosti za využití systému AROP. Kombinací řízených rozhovorů a analýzy systému AROP byly zjištěny nedostatky, které by bránily správnému fungování metody Just-in-Time. Byla provedena přestavba výrobní haly tak, aby byla v souladu s implementovanou metodou. Práce se poté věnuje porovnávání vybraných ukazatelů před a po zavedení metody. Na závěr práce jsou formulovány závěrečná zhodnocení a doporučení pro další fungování metody Just-in-Time.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis focuses on the implementation of the Just-in-Time method to a manufacturing company using the AROP system. Shortcomings have been identified by combining guided interviews and AROPanalysis to prevent Just-in-Time from functioning properly. The production hall was rebuilt to comply with the implemented method. The work then deals with the comparison of selected indicators before and after the introduction of the method. At the end of the thesis, the final evaluation and recommendations for the further functioning of the Just-in-Time are formulated.
