Financial autonomy and the management of the municipality Janovice

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá financování obcí v České republice a analýzou hospodaření a finanční autonomie obce Janovice. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit hospodaření a finanční autonomii obce Janovice. Zkoumání je zaměřeno na období let 2018 až 2020 a finanční autonomii autonomie je hodnocena od roku 2011. Zdrojem dat pro zpracování jsou především závěrečné účty obce, návrhy rozpočtu, rozpočtová opatření, informační portál Ministerstva financí Monitor a dostupné údaje Českého statistického úřadu. Na základě získaných dat tato práce ukazuje příklad dobré praxe v podání Janovic, jejichž finanční kondice je výborná, což je dáno příkladným hospodařením s důrazem na rozvoj vlastní infrastruktury a budováním kvalitního místa pro život.

Abstract:

This work deals with the financing of municipalities in the Czech Republic and the analysis of the management and financial autonomy of the municipality of Janovice. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the management and financial autonomy of the municipality of Janovice. The examination is focused on the period from 2018 to 2020 and the financial autonomy of autonomy has been evaluated since 2011. The source of the data for processing is mainly the municipality's final accounts, budget proposals, budget measures, information portal of the Ministry of Finance Monitor and available data of the Czech Statistical Office. Based on the data obtained, this work shows an example of good practice in Janovice, whose financial condition is excellent, which is due to exemplary management with an emphasis on developing its own infrastructure and building a quality place to live.
